Malibu Complex- Front View

Over the years many projects came along but one of the most outstanding projects was the complex in Blue Downes, the address being, London Road, Malibu Village, Blue Downes, in May 2005 which Prospur Developers designed and constructed. The two levelled complex consists of six shops (30sq units) at the bottom and four two bedroom flats (65 sq units) on top. Aida Properties was the Managing Agents on the Complex until the owner sold the property.
